My high school students are enjoying the F.O.R.M. program this year. The curriculum is well-organized, informative, and simple to follow. I'm very grateful for the biblical worldview of this program, as well as the holistic approach of exercising the mind, body, and spirit. We are LOVING our F.O.R.M curriculum and it’s not just to “get big muscles or win trophies.” With 7 children, life is full around here and F.O.R.M is exactly what we needed to fill in our P.E. homeschool gaps. It’s SO EASY, even a tech challenged mama can navigate the lessons. With a needy nursing newborn, I am still able to lead my kids in a healthy, nourishing, functional, and energizing lifestyle while educating them without all the prep work and stress that could otherwise prevent us from taking action.
